Accepted forms of payment are money order, personal check (held until it clears), credit or debit card with Visa or Mastercard logo. We only accept cash for local gun transfers and gun show sales. No mail order cash payments accepted. Do not send us a truckload of goats and sheep.
Orders are to be placed on the website. Our system is not set up to take orders over the phone. By placing an order on this website, in person, or using any service provided by Freakshow Manufacturing LLC you agree to any and all policies, terms, and conditions herein. If you do not agree with them in full, do not place an order or purchase from Freakshow Manufacturing LLC. - Shipping
- Shipping provider will be chosen by Freakshow Manufacturing LLC. Shipping times are not guaranteed. We try to ship in stock items within 5 business days. Transfer services to Californa may take longer depending on the totality of the circumstances and the current workload. Most in stock orders and CA transfers ship within 1-2 business days. We generally do not back order but in the rare instance when we do, it will be at least a 60 day wait time. Our lead times are based upon the lead times we are given by our component suppliers and we use this to estimate a lead time for our customers. We will ship when your order is complete and forward tracking information (if available) to you upon shipping your order. You can authorize partial shipments but may occur additional shipping charges which will raise your final order total.
- Returns & Cancellations
- Due to the nature of the products and services we offer, no returns will be accepted for any reason. Orders canceled prior to shipment are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Once the shipping label is printed it is considered "shipped" and the order cannot be canceled.
- Ammunition Orders
- All first time ammunition purchasers submit a copy of a government issued photo ID (usually a driver's license) for age verification as required by US Federal Regulation 27 CFR 478.99b. By purchasing ammunition from Freakshow Mfg LLC via website, mail order, or any other direct means, you certify that you have never been convicted of a felony, have never been adjudicated as mentally defective, or have never been committed to a mental institution and are not otherwise prohibited from purchasing or possessing firearm ammunition. Not providing this information in a timely manner will only delay shipping of your order. You can email, fax or mail your ID to us. We will not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, nor the District of Columbia or any other territories or possessions of the USA. Illinois customers must also provide FOID.
- Privacy Policy
- We collect name, address, phone number, email, date of birth, and other contact information for use in processing and filling your order. We do not share this information with anyone except those involved in the payment and shipping procedures such as our credit card processor and the shipping company. Your information is used only to process and complete your order. We may, however, contact you through the newsletter system for marketing purposes to alert you to specials and clearance items. By you being subscribed to the newsletter, you authorize Freakshow Mfg LLC to use that as a means to communicate to you regarding marketing of Freakshow Mfg products. You can unsubscribe by logging into your account and making the change. You can also call or email us to add or delete you from the list as well. Please allow me a few days to make the change.
- Abandonment of Firearms
- If you fail to pick up your firearm within 60 days from the date it is logged into the log book, it will be considered abandoned, you will forfeit ownership to Freakshow Manufacturing LLC and it will become company property and inventory.
- Legal
- There are no expressed or implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. In no event shall Freakshow Manufacturing LLC, its owner, employees, or vendors be liable for any special, indirect, punitive or consequential damages resulting from any use or performance of or content errors or omissions in the information, even if notified in advance of the potential for such damages. By accessing this web site, placing an order, and/or purchasing products and /or services from Freakshow Manufacturing LLC you agree that the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to the conflict of laws and principles thereof, will apply to all matters relating to the use of the web site and products/services contained herein. You also submit to the personal jurisdiction of Keweenaw County, state of Michigan, and the venue of Keweenaw County court, state of Michigan. The aforementioned choice of venue is intended by the parties to be mandatory and not permissive in nature, thereby precluding the possibility of litigation between the parties with respect to or arising out of this Agreement in any jurisdiction other than Keweenaw County court, state of Michigan, United States of America.
